一、浙江大学博士后
博士后是青年科技人才的重要组成部分。浙江大学历来高度重视博士后队伍建设，作为全国首批批准设立博士后科研流动站的高校之一，始终胸怀“国之大者”，将博士后队伍作为学校战略人才力量的“蓄水池”建设，持续开展了富有特色的制度创新与实践探索，为青年人才创造了一流的发展环境。历经40年发展，学校现已设有59个博士后流动站，涵盖13个学科门类，是全国博士后流动站最多的高校。
围绕人才强校核心战略目标，浙江大学首次启动“求是博士后”项目。这是学校卓越博士后体系建设的重要举措，旨在面向全球选拔胸怀高远志向、潜心学术研究、勇于创新探索的优秀博士来校从事博士后研究工作，加速汇聚和培养具有全球竞争力、引领未来科技发展的青年英才。
“求是博士后”项目每年选拔资助200人左右，由学校提供全方位支持，助力青年人才深耕学术领域、实现科研突破与个人成长成才。
Zhejiang University (“ZJU”) has launched the “Qiushi Junior Fellowship” program, which aims to recruit 200 of the world’s most outstanding young scholars (“Fellows”) every year to undertake high-quality, impactful postdoctoral research aligned with the university’s strategic priorities. The program offers a two- or three-year research-focused fellowship, complemented by mentorship and a comprehensive training and development system, designed to support Qiushi Junior Fellows in becoming global research leaders in their respective fields.
二、能源工程学院简介
浙江大学能源工程学院的前身为成立于1978年的热物理工程学系，是我国普通高校最早成立热物理工程学系的单位。1989年，热物理工程学系更名为能源工程学系。1999年，能源工程学系与机械工程学系、工程力学系合并组成了机械与能源工程学院。2009年，能源工程学系在一级学科基础上再次实体独立运转；2014年，进一步发展为能源工程学院，开启了新时代创建世界一流能源学科的新篇章。
学院设有热能工程、特种装备、制冷与低温、动力机械及车辆工程和热工与动力系统5个研究所，拥有一级学科国家重点学科1个，一级学科博士点1个，一级学科博士后流动站1个。学院立足国际科学前沿，满足国家重大战略需求和区域经济建设需要，重点围绕化石燃料的高效清洁利用、新能源及先进能源系统、废弃物能源化高效清洁利用、燃烧污染物和微粒的生成及控制、制冷与低温技术、氢能高效安全储输、先进动力与能源、储能理论和技术等领域，开展前瞻性、先导性、探索性和行业共性重大技术研究。
三、“求是博士后”项目介绍
（一）工作和生活待遇

1. 薪酬待遇：校发年薪30万元，资助期限2-3年。合作导师根据学校规定和申请人的综合情况给予额外资助。学校缴纳事业养老、医疗等社会保险，缴存职业年金和住房公积金。
2. 住房资源：可申请租住学校教师公寓，提供完善的生活配套。
3. 服务保障：协助办理落户；协助解决子女入托，享受子女医疗补助等。

ZJU is committed to providing favorable working conditions and a comfortable living environment for Qiushi Junior Fellows, supporting young academic scholars in integrating into teams and conducting research.
1. Compensation and Benefits
ZJU offers competitive remuneration packages co-sponsored by the university and the supervising faculty member. The remuneration package includes an annual pre-tax salary of 300,000 RMB from ZJU, plus additional allowances from the collaborating supervisor in accordance with ZJU regulations and the applicant’s qualifications. Comprehensive local social welfare benefits are provided.
2. Housing Support
Qiushi Junior Fellows are eligible to rent on-campus apartments, fully equipped with essential amenities.
3. Supportive Services
ZJU provides assistance with nursery school enrollment for children of Qiushi Junior Fellows.

（二）培养和职业发展
Training and Career Development
1. 职称评审：入校后确定为助理研究员，进站工作满2年可申请评定副研究员资格。
2. 成长支持：学校提供全方位培养体系；支持申报各类科研项目和人才计划；提供高水平国际学术会议资助和国际顶尖高校交流机会；符合条件者可申请教师资格证。
3. 职业发展：符合条件者可申请学校“百人计划研究员”或专职研究员岗位。学校出站博士后广受国内外高校和科研机构认可。
1. Supplementary Research Supports
ZJU offers a robust training system, supports applications for diverse research grants and talent initiatives, and provides allowances and opportunities to participate in influential international academic conferences.
2. Career Development
Postdoctoral fellows completing their terms at ZJU are widely recognized by domestic and foreign universities and research institutions. They are employed by high-level universities and research institutes both in China and abroad, where they engage in teaching and research. Exceptional Qiushi Junior Fellows will be afforded priority consideration for tenure-track faculty positions at ZJU.
（三）申报条件
Application Requirements
1. 认同浙江大学求是精神和价值观，有志于从事科研事业；具有良好的国际视野，跨文化沟通和团队协作能力；
2. 年龄在35周岁以下；
3. 即将获得博士学位，或获得博士学位时间不超过三年；
4. 已取得较好学术价值或应用潜力的原创性研究成果；
5. 进校后须全职在浙江大学工作。
1. Applicants must have high recognition of the culture, mission and vision of ZJU, demonstrate a strong commitment to research, and possess an international outlook, along with strong cross-cultural communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
2. Will obtain a doctoral degree by June 30, 2026, or have obtained a doctoral degree within the last three years.
3. Have a proven track record of original research and outstanding academic achievements.
4. Commit to undertaking the postdoctoral fellowship on a full-time basis at Zhejiang University.
（四）评选流程
Evaluation Process
申请人提交申请，院系（单位）根据申请人的教育与研究经历、学术能力、研究计划水平、学科和团队建设发展需要、推荐人评价等方面进行评选推荐，学校组织专家进行评审。
The relevant department/school conducts initial selection and recommendation based on the applicant’s academic background, research experience, academic competence, and research achievements.
The university organizes expert review.
