A postdoctoral position is immediately available in the Chow Lab to research the development and application of carbon-based nanomaterials in cancer diagnostics and therapy. Research projects will involve developing novel nanoparticle drug-delivery and diagnostic agents and working closely with biological and medical researchers to evaluate these agents in mouse models of cancer. We are seeking highly motivated Ph.D. graduates with backgrounds in chemistry, materials science or bioengineering who are interested in doing research at the interface of nanotechnology and cancer treatment.
Candidates should preferably have experience with polymer chemistry, TEM, MALDI-MS, FTIR, HPLC, XPS and TGA. |
