上海交通大学密西根学院是上海交通大学和美国密西根大学共同建设的工学院，旨在全面借鉴密西根大学的成功经验，快速建设一个国际一流的研究型高等教育机构。英语是学院的工作语言。The University of Michigan and Shanghai Jiao Tong University have established a Joint Institute in Shanghai committed to building a world-class research and educational institution based on the US university model. 招聘人数：10 名
招聘条件
研究生学历,博士学位
1. 相关领域的博士学位； 2. 熟练的英语能力； 3. 具备科研潜力； 4. 具备良好的教学能力。 1. Ph. D. degree in related field; 2. Native level of English; 3. Excellent potential for research accomplishment based on past academic record; 4. Ability to teach well.
岗位职责
1. 教授研究生和本科生课程 2. 指导博士生，监督并指导研究生的科研活动，指导本科生的学习 3. 积极开展科研活动 4. 积极开展国际科研合作项目 1. Teach graduate and undergraduate courses; 2. Mentor Ph.D. students, supervise graduate student research and advise undergraduates; 3. Establish vigorous research programs; 4. Participate in the international research community.
