Two positions for postdoc research assistants are available in Hong Kong  University of Science and Technology (HKUST), Electronic and Computer  Engineering department, in Prof. Zhiyong Fan’s research group (http://www.ece.ust.hk/~eezfan/).  1)      Nanowire based electronic devices Requirements: the postdoc candidate is expected to be familiar with electron  microscopy, micro/nanofabrication (photolithography, etc) and device  electrical transport. 2)         Nanostructured photovoltaics Requirements: the postdoc candidate is expected to be familiar with solar cell working principle, solar cell device fabrication and material  characterization techniques. Experience on CdTe/CIGS/a-Si thin film solar cell will be a plus.
