We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings, an Asia investment firm, headquartered in Singapore, focused on creating and maximizing long-term shareholder value as an active investor and shareholder of successful enterprises.
As at 31 December 2010, our total assets stood at S$48.3 billion, and our portfolio includes investments in 12 different financial institutions.

FFH entered China Market years ago and focus on providing financial service for underserved communities. Our team of internationally experienced professionals welcomes the challenge of creating values through the re-engineering of an existing institution and the creation of a new institution to achieve our mission in China.
In China, we have invested Bank of China and China Construction Bank, and set up a guarantee company headquartered in Nanjing and a micro finance company headquartered in Chengdu. We are also partners with Bank of China to establish BOC Fullerton Community Bank in rural areas. FFH China has vehicles/offices in more than 13 provinces or municipalities and around 1800 employees.

Headquartered in Nanjing, FICGC focuses on providing professional and convenient guarantee services to help small and middle enterprises to build up long term relationship with banks. FICGC was named one of the top 20 innovative companies in China in annual meeting of 2010 China Enterprise Innovation Forum.
Fullerton Credit Services Co. Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of FFH, established in September, 2008. Headquartered in Chengdu, FCS focuses on providing high efficient and professional financial services to help self-employed mass market to achieve their business goals.
BOC Fullerton Community Bank (BFCB) is a joint venture between BOC（Bank of China） and FFH (Fullerton Financial Holdings). The joint venture is dedicated to the rural economy (development) in China and to provide high quality financial services to small and medium enterprises (SMEs), self-employed Mass Market (SEMM), individuals and farmers in rural china to help them to achieve their dreams and make the community better off.
2012 Management Associate Program – Two Year Program
FFH China Management Associate Program (MA Program) offers unique opportunities to talented young graduates. We are looking for candidates to join us who have the potential to be future leaders of our businesses.
FFH China MA Program is designed to develop high-potential individuals to be advanced to management roles through intensive training, rotation and stretch assignments across different business segments. Management Associate will experience real hands-on challenges working with our top management and professionals from various financial backgrounds across countries. Management Associate need to be flexible and adaptable as assignments which are arranged based on business needs, and he/she should be very mobile to travel at relatively short notice. Whatever assignment, Management Associate will be expected to learn fast, add value quickly and leverage resources creatively to handle business challenges tasked to them.
A Management Associate’s learning is accelerated through broad and diverse exposure to the financial industry’s business issues and opportunities. Your track record with the organization is built during the 2-year MA program, and the networking gained and skill set acquired will position you for mission critical roles within the organization.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for outstanding graduates with diverse background and interest in financial industry, eager to take challenges and passionate in serving the under-served.
Our basic requirements include:
- Master degree, with excellent academic performance record
- Highly adaptable, willing to travel and work in tier 2 cities
- Demonstrated leadership ability in leading projects or others
- Excellent analytical ability and interpersonal skills
- Strong accountability and mature personality
- Excellent team work spirit
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
